SQUIDBALL'S TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you are stating that you've read and agreed to the following terms. If any of these terms are violated, the artist reserves the right to discontinue any project and the client will forfeit all rights to the work.
General Guideline
- I the artist, have the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable or doesn't work with my art style.
- There are no first come first serve.
- There are 5 slots for comms, I will choose who to draw
- I will not do any NSFW (yet), heavy gore, or fetish art.
- Handle communication with the artist professionally. No hostile or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated during contact.
- Don't hesitate to reach out to me for any updates or questions!
- Once a commission is started, the client is NOT allowed to pull their commission out mid-way of workflow.
- All commissions will be done in MY art style. If you wanted a different style, please seek someone else for the alterations you want.
Copyright/Usage
As the client you may:
- Repost and use the artwork for personal use on social media or elsewhere WITH credit
- Use the artwork for streaming and videos (monetized or un-monetized).
- Request not to be tagged on social media before they are ready to debut or show the artwork off themselves.However, as the client you MUST:
- Give proper credit to the artist when the art is used.
(@squidbal_draws in bios, descriptions, etc.)
- NOT claim the artist's work as their own.
- NOT alter or edit the artwork without the artist's permission.And as the artist, I may:
- Use the art in a portfolio and/or for self-promotion.
- Post the art on social media (including works in progress and previews).
- Work on said artwork on streams.
PAYMENT
All payments will be made through PayPal (USD) only.
Commissions are to be paid all upfront.- The commission will begin once your payment is sent. If you do not pay first, I won't start on it. Holding payment for over a certain amount of time will also result in your commission to be scrapped.
- Commissions are non-refundable.
DEADLINE/WORKFLOW
You the client are free to reach out to me for any progress on your behalf. Otherwise I'll send you updates on my own time.- If a deadline is set, I'll try my best to meet up with said deadline. The client should also make sure to keep consistent contact with me during the workflow of the art.
